Public-feed events are earthquake catalog observations, not early warnings. Quality values and decision thresholds are illustrative. Browser tests do not run the C++ engine or the NATS broker.

Demonstration scope

ImplementedBounded C++ inputs, deterministic test cases, a browser policy checked against C++, and executed browser fault scenarios.
Recorded transport runJetStream configuration, duplicate-message suppression, and a simulated event path. Replay and crash-recovery testing remain incomplete.
Pipeline configurationBuild, analysis, tests, coverage, and evidence jobs are defined. A successful hosted pipeline must be verified separately.
Proposal evidence gapThis lab alone does not prove personnel experience or complete the agency's task-by-task capability response.
